🚛 WELCOME, TRUCKERS · SECOND CHANCES START HERE
Truckers

Another
chance.
Back on the road.

If a DOT violation took you off the road, completing the SAP program is only part of the journey. The hard part can be finding a trucking company willing to give you another chance.

That's why I created Last Chance Trucking, my SAP-friendly trucking company list — a list of companies that hire or have hired SAP drivers, including the company that gave me another opportunity to drive with three Clearinghouse violations on my record.

Where the list fits

The road back,
step by step.

After a DOT drug or alcohol violation you can't drive a CDL truck until you finish the return-to-duty process. Most of it is up to you and your SAP. One step needs a trucking company to say yes.

  1. See a SAP. A Substance Abuse Professional evaluates you and sets your plan — education, treatment, or both.
  2. Do the plan. Finish what the SAP asked for. They check in again and tell the employer you're ready.
  3. Find a carrier that hires SAP drivers. The return-to-duty test is run by an employer, and every carrier checks the Clearinghouse before it hires. This is where most drivers get stuck — and what the list is for.
  4. Pass the return-to-duty test. A negative result and you're back behind the wheel.
  5. Follow-up testing. At least six unannounced tests in your first 12 months back. Your SAP can stretch follow-up out to as long as five years.

The violation stays in the FMCSA Clearinghouse for five years, or until your return-to-duty and follow-up testing are done, whichever is later. This is a plain-English summary, not legal advice — your SAP has the final word on your plan.

Before you buy

This list was researched and verified as of October 1, 2026. Trucking companies may change their SAP, hiring, experience, or eligibility policies at any time.

Inclusion on the list does not guarantee employment or acceptance. Customers should contact each company directly to confirm its current requirements.

Because this is a digital product and access is provided after purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once purchased.

Straight answers.

What exactly do I get?

A phone-friendly PDF: how to work the list, a call script, and 12 companies that hire or have hired SAP drivers (phone, apply link, home city, routes, and violation limits where the company gave one). Phones and links are tappable.

How do I get it after I pay?

Checkout is through Stripe — name, email and card on one screen. Then log in at thelittlebigaccount.com/members with the same email; the list is under "Your downloads".

Is this a job offer?

No. It's a list of companies that hire or have hired SAP drivers. Who gets hired is each carrier's call, and hiring rules change — always confirm with the recruiter.

How fresh is it?

Researched and verified as of October 1, 2026. Companies can change their policies at any time, so confirm with each one directly.

Can I get a refund?

No. It's a digital product and access is given right after purchase, so all sales are final.

I'm still in my SAP program. Is it too early?

No. You need an employer for the return-to-duty test, so knowing who to call before you finish saves you weeks.

Do I have to trade to buy the list?

No. The list stands on its own. If you want to learn trading for when you're parked, the three courses are free.
